1 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
250 ml (9 oz) cranberry juice
¼ teaspoon finely grated root ginger
2 cups ice cubes
Mint sprigs to garnish
- Place the Zespri® Green Kiwifruit Kiwifruit and grated ginger in a food processor and process until puréed, taking care not to crush the kiwifruit seeds.
- Add the cranberry juice and pulse, until mixed. Pour over ice and serve garnished with mint.
