  • 1 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit, peeled and chopped

  • 250 ml (9 oz) cranberry juice

  • ¼ teaspoon finely grated root ginger

  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • Mint sprigs to garnish

  1. Place the Zespri® Green Kiwifruit Kiwifruit and grated ginger in a food processor and process until puréed, taking care not to crush the kiwifruit seeds.
  2. Add the cranberry juice and pulse, until mixed. Pour over ice and serve garnished with mint.
