  • 4 kiwis

  • 1 mango

  • 2 passion fruit

  • 50g white chocolate, grated

  • 4 lemon balm leaves, very finely chopped

Kiwi and Mango Noodles


  1. Peel and dice the kiwi.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the mango.
  3. Cut the mango slices into very thin strips (noodles). Mix the kiwi and mango and divide over four shallow bowls.
  4. Squeeze the centre of the passion fruit over the noodles.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate and lemon balm over the noodles.
